彰化縣政府謹訂於113年7月22日(星期一)13時30分至14時辦理彰化縣政府113年軍民聯合防空（萬安47號）演習期間實施30分鐘之防空疏散避難，如因防空避難地下室空間不足，得得就近覓地掩蔽，惟須配合關閉門窗（得開啟部分窗戶保持通風）、熄滅燈火及實施人車管制」
■聽聞防空警報(或接獲手機告警訊息)時，應依警察及民防執勤人員引導，就近實施疏散避難 When the air-defense alarm sounds(or all citizen receives mobile phone warning messages is recived), all citizens shall follow the guidance of the police and civil defense staff to conduct evacuation to the close shelters.
■緊急警報音符 Siren sounds indicate the start of the drill： 長音15秒、短音5秒，各音節間隔5秒，連續3次，共115秒 The siren sounds a 15-second high-tone followed by a 5-second low-tone with three cycles for 115 seconds in total. 解除警報音符 Siren sounds will end： 1長音90秒 A 90-second high-tone.
■未配合演習管制及演練，依民防法處新臺幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰 Anyone violates the rules and regulations of the drill will be fined between NTD $30,000 and NTD $150,000 according to the Civil Defense Act.
